We live in Montana and were interested in another home in Arizona.
While checking on line at homes for sale, we found the website for the Lynn & Kristy Team which is very professional and we were impressed. When it was time to buy, we contacted them. We provided information to Lynn on our desired location, etc., and planned a trip to meet her and see homes. We met on a Saturday morning and were shown close to 12 homes, ate lunch and narrowed it down to 4. We went back to those four homes after lunch, eliminated two and had two final homes to consider. On Sunday we called Lynn with our decision, met with her on Monday morning and signed the offer. About two hours later the seller responded, accepting our offer. Lynn also wrote up a proposal for some of the sellers furniture we were interested in purchasing, She provided information as well on a house sitting company since we will be part time residents. Lynn has a wealth of information regarding the area, drove us to the different community centers and golf courses and answered our many questions. She is very professional but also has a warm and welcoming personality. Because we are doing this transaction from out of state, she was our eyes and ears for nearly all of the process of inspections, etc. We had the utmost trust in her. We will certainly recommend her and her company.
